Installation
Flexible wall-mounted positioning
The Emerson is designed for wall mounting and supports either vertical or horizontal positioning using its wall bracket. This flexibility allows the elongated form to align with the proportions of the surrounding wall, furniture or architectural detailing.
Its IP20 classification makes it suitable for appropriate indoor environments. Positioning should take account of the fixture's selected length, nearby furnishings and the intended lighting arrangement.
Professional installation recommended. Electrical installation should be completed by a suitably qualified electrician and in accordance with applicable local electrical requirements.
Care & Maintenance
Preserving the natural finish
Switch off the power and allow the fixture to cool before cleaning. Gently remove dust using a soft, dry cloth, taking care around the alabaster surface and metal detailing. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemical cleaners and prolonged contact with moisture.
As alabaster is a natural stone, variations in veining, translucency and tone are inherent characteristics of the material. These distinctions give each Emerson sconce its individual appearance.
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover reasonable return shipping costs once the issue has been confirmed.
