The chandelier is designed for compatible GU10 LED bulbs, with a maximum wattage of 7W per bulb. The replaceable-bulb format allows compatible GU10 LED lamps to be selected for the installation.

Installation
Adjustable for a considered spiral arrangement
This chandelier is designed for ceiling-mounted, hardwired installation. Individual suspension lengths can be adjusted during installation, allowing the final spiral composition to be tailored to the ceiling height and intended layout.
Professional installation recommended. Electrical installation should be completed by a suitably qualified electrician and in accordance with applicable local electrical requirements.
The standard configuration is intended for flat ceilings. Sloped-ceiling customisation is available upon request. Installation instructions and gloves are included to assist with setup and handling of the crystal components.
Care
Preserving the clarity of the K9 crystal
Switch off power before cleaning. Remove surface dust from the crystal and stainless-steel components using a soft, dry cloth, handling each suspended element carefully during routine maintenance.
Avoid abrasive materials, rough cleaning pads and harsh chemical cleaners that may affect the clarity of the crystal or the chrome-finished stainless steel.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover reasonable return shipping costs once the issue has been confirmed.
