Preserving the glass and finish
Switch off the power and allow the fixture to cool before cleaning. Gently wipe the glass and metal surfaces with a soft, lightly dampened cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, harsh chemicals and household cleaning agents that may damage the finish. The pendant is intended for indoor use and should not be washed directly with water.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover reasonable return shipping costs once the issue has been confirmed.
