Natural Stone Ceiling Lighting
Softly rounded yellow travertine with a warm, architectural presence
Sculpted from natural yellow travertine, this contemporary ceiling light celebrates the quiet beauty of stone through a softly rounded circular form. Its gently curved profile is enriched by the natural pores, irregular markings and warm sandy tones characteristic of travertine. A contrasting wood ceiling mount introduces an organic material pairing, creating a compact architectural fitting that feels considered rather than ornamental.
A recessed LED light opening beneath the stone shade provides downward illumination while preserving the design's smooth, uninterrupted silhouette. Measuring 20 cm (7.9″) in diameter with a 7 cm (2.8″) stone shade height, the fixture suits entrances, bedrooms, hallways and smaller residential spaces. With CRI ≥95 LED lighting and a choice of Warm Light or Three-Colour illumination, it brings natural material character together with adaptable contemporary lighting.
Design & Material
Organic stone texture within a softly sculpted silhouette
The rounded stone shade reveals the distinctive porosity and irregular surface detailing of yellow travertine. Small natural cavities, subtle tonal variations and warm beige colouring give the material a tactile quality that contrasts with the fixture's clean circular geometry. These natural characteristics bring depth to the design without the need for additional ornamentation, allowing the stone itself to remain the defining feature.
The wood ceiling mount introduces a darker, warmer element above the pale travertine shade. Its simple circular form complements the rounded stone profile, creating a balanced composition of natural materials. The recessed illuminated opening beneath the shade provides a clean visual transition between the solid stone body and the light, reinforcing the fixture's understated architectural character.
Dimensions
Compact circular proportions with a gently rounded profile
The travertine shade measures 20 cm (7.9″) in diameter and 7 cm (2.8″) in height. Its compact dimensions give the fitting a restrained ceiling presence while allowing the natural stone texture to remain clearly visible. The rounded form is particularly effective in smaller spaces where a decorative material feature is desired without an oversized ceiling fixture.

Lighting Options
Adaptable illumination to complement natural stone
The available lighting options allow the fixture to suit different interior requirements, from warm ambient illumination to adjustable colour settings. Each maintains the same distinctive travertine shade and rounded architectural form.
Provides a warm lighting appearance that complements the natural beige tones of the travertine. Particularly suited to relaxed residential settings, bedrooms and intimate evening atmospheres.
Offers three colour settings for greater flexibility in the appearance of the illumination. A considered choice for multipurpose spaces where lighting preferences may change throughout the day.
Lighting Character
Accurate colour rendering with softly recessed illumination
The LED light source offers a colour rendering index of CRI ≥95, supporting a faithful representation of interior colours and finishes. This is particularly valuable in spaces featuring natural materials, where the appearance of stone, timber, textiles and decorative surfaces contributes to the overall atmosphere.
The recessed circular light opening sits beneath the rounded travertine shade, establishing a clear downward-facing illumination area. The substantial stone surround frames the light without exposing an elaborate lighting assembly, allowing the natural texture and gentle curvature of the fixture to remain the focal points.
Placement
Natural stone character for intimate contemporary spaces
The compact circular design and warm travertine colouring make this fixture particularly well suited to interiors where natural materials and restrained architectural details take precedence. Its rounded profile softens the appearance of the stone, complementing both minimalist and organically inspired design schemes.
Installation
Fixed ceiling-mounted construction
The fixture is designed for fixed ceiling mounting, with a wood mounting component positioned above the rounded travertine shade. The compact 20 cm diameter creates a restrained ceiling footprint, while the visible stone shade maintains a height of 7 cm. The mounting location should provide appropriate structural support for the natural stone construction.
Care
Preserving the natural beauty of travertine
Switch off the power and allow the fixture to cool before cleaning. Gently remove surface dust using a soft, dry cloth, taking care around the natural pores and textured areas of the stone. Avoid abrasive cleaning pads, acidic or harsh chemical cleaners and excessive moisture, which may affect the travertine surface, wood components or electrical fittings.
