Care & Maintenance
Preserving the character of natural stone
To maintain the appearance of the alabaster panels and gold-finished detailing, gently remove surface dust using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemical cleaners and aggressive scrubbing, which may affect the appearance of the natural stone or decorative finish.
Switch off the electrical supply and allow the fixture and bulbs to cool before cleaning or carrying out maintenance. Handle individual alabaster panels carefully to protect their surfaces and edges.
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover reasonable return shipping costs once the issue has been confirmed.
