Set of Two Outdoor Wall Lights
Matte Black Aluminium and Clear Glass in a Refined Rectangular Lantern
Designed as a coordinated pair, these modern outdoor wall lights combine die-cast aluminium with thick clear tempered-glass panels in a clean rectangular silhouette. The Matte Black powder-coated finish gives each fixture a restrained architectural presence suited to contemporary entrances, porches, patios, garages and exterior walls.
The clear glazing leaves the selected bulb visible within the frame, allowing the light source to become part of the finished design. Each fixture accepts compatible E26 / E27 LED, fluorescent or incandescent bulbs, while the open-bottom construction simplifies bulb replacement and routine cleaning.
Design & Material
Clean rectangular geometry framed in Matte Black aluminium
The fixture uses simple vertical geometry and clear glazing rather than decorative ornament, allowing proportion, finish and bulb choice to define the overall appearance. The result is versatile enough to sit alongside both contemporary and more traditional exterior architecture.
Die-cast aluminium provides the structural body while thick tempered-glass panels enclose the light source without obscuring it. A Matte Black powder-coated finish completes the restrained exterior palette.
Dimensions
Balanced proportions for entrances and exterior walls
Each wall light measures L 5.7″ × W 5.7″ × H 13.8″ / L 14.5 × W 14.5 × H 35 cm, creating a slim rectangular profile with enough height to establish a defined architectural feature.

Lighting Character
Clear glass allows bulb choice to define the final atmosphere
Because the fixtures use clear tempered-glass panels, the selected bulb remains visible within the rectangular frame. Bulb shape, brightness and light colour can therefore contribute directly to the finished appearance.
The E26 / E27 socket supports compatible LED, fluorescent and incandescent bulbs.
Placement
A coordinated pair for entrances, porches and exterior walls
Everyday Maintenance
Open-bottom access for easier bulb changes and cleaning
The open-bottom construction is designed to simplify access to the light source, making bulb replacement more straightforward while also allowing easier routine cleaning of the interior glass surfaces.
Switch off power before changing bulbs or cleaning the fixture. Handle the tempered-glass panels carefully and avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemical cleaners on the Matte Black finish.
Outdoor Performance
Weatherproof aluminium and glass construction for exterior use
The fixtures are described as weatherproof and constructed from durable die-cast aluminium with thick tempered-glass panels for year-round outdoor use.
The supplied product information does not provide a specific IP rating, so no numerical ingress-protection classification has been added.
Installation
Hardwired wall mounting for a clean permanent finish
Each fixture is designed for permanent hardwired wall installation and operates across AC 110–240V.
Professional installation recommended. Electrical installation should be completed by a suitably qualified electrician and in accordance with applicable local electrical requirements.
Confirm the mounting positions for both fixtures before installation, particularly where symmetrical placement is intended around an entrance or architectural opening.

Outdoor Wall Lights
Common Questions
Outdoor wall lights mount directly onto an exterior wall surface. They're used at front doors, garage walls, side entries, alfresco areas, fences, and along exterior hallways — providing focused ambient or security lighting at eye level. They work equally well as a single statement fixture or in pairs flanking a door or gate.
Yes, but the level of weather protection varies by product. Look for IP44 minimum for sheltered or covered wall positions, and IP65 or higher for walls fully exposed to rain and direct weather. Coastal properties should look for fixtures with a marine-grade or corrosion-resistant finish. The IP rating is listed on every product page.
They mount onto an exterior wall and hardwire into a 120V (US) or 240V (AU) junction box. Most fixtures come with a backplate that covers the junction box. We recommend a licensed electrician for all hardwired outdoor installations, particularly where new cabling or weatherproof conduit is required.
This varies by product. Many of our outdoor wall lights use integrated LED — no bulb required. Where a replaceable bulb is needed, the compatible type, wattage, and fitting size are listed on the product page. Never exceed the maximum wattage stated for the fixture.
Match the finish to your existing door hardware, hinges, and house numbers for a cohesive look. Matte black suits contemporary and industrial exteriors. Brushed nickel or chrome works well with modern coastal and hamptons styles. Antique brass or bronze suits federation, colonial, and traditional brick homes. All available finishes are shown on each product page.
Yes. Many of our outdoor wall lights can be paired with a motion sensor switch or installed on a timer for security purposes. Some models have an integrated motion sensor — this is noted on the product page. For pure security applications, look for fixtures with a wider beam angle and cool white light output.
Some models are dimmable, some are not — this is listed on each product page. Dimmable fixtures require a compatible exterior-rated dimmer switch. Outdoor wall lights can also be wired to a timer, smart switch, or motion sensor for automated control without needing a dimmer.
A fixture flanking a front door should sit at eye level — roughly 5.5–6 feet (1.6–1.8m) from the ground to the centre of the fixture. For a single fixture beside a door, choose a height roughly one third of the door height. For wide garage walls or large exterior facades, consider a wider fixture or two fixtures spaced evenly. Full dimensions are listed on every product page.
