For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover reasonable return shipping costs once the issue has been confirmed.

Yes, but the level of weather protection varies by product. Look for IP44 minimum for sheltered or covered wall positions, and IP65 or higher for walls fully exposed to rain and direct weather. They mount onto an exterior wall and hardwire into a 120V (US) or 240V (AU) junction box. Most fixtures come with a backplate that covers the junction box. We recommend a licensed electrician for all hardwired outdoor installations, particularly where new cabling or weatherproof conduit is required.
This varies by product. Many of our outdoor wall lights use integrated LED — no bulb required. Where a replaceable bulb is needed, the compatible type, wattage, and fitting size are listed on the product page. Never exceed the maximum wattage stated for the fixture.

Some models have an integrated motion sensor — this is noted on the product page. For pure security applications, look for fixtures with a wider beam angle and cool white light output.
Some models are dimmable, some are not — this is listed on each product page. Dimmable fixtures require a compatible exterior-rated dimmer switch. Outdoor wall lights can also be wired to a timer, smart switch, or motion sensor for automated control without needing a dimmer.
A fixture flanking a front door should sit at eye level — roughly 5.5–6 feet (1.6–1.8m) from the ground to the centre of the fixture. For a single fixture beside a door, choose a height roughly one third of the door height. For wide garage walls or large exterior facades, consider a wider fixture or two fixtures spaced evenly.
