Contemporary Floor Lighting

Crescini Pleated Floor Lamp — Sculptural Form & Soft Fabric Illumination

The Crescini Pleated Floor Lamp brings together the expressive texture of a pleated fabric shade and the clean, architectural character of an iron structure. Its gently curved silhouette introduces a sense of movement, while the white shade provides a soft visual contrast against the supporting frame. The result is a distinctive floor-standing design that draws on classic decorative lighting while remaining at home in contemporary interiors.

Standing 155 cm (61″) high with a listed width of 40 cm (15.7″), Crescini offers a substantial decorative presence without requiring a side table or additional furniture. The pleated shade softens the appearance of the light, making the lamp particularly appealing beside sofas, lounge chairs and in bedroom corners. Available in four frame finishes, it features a plug-in power connection and accommodates one E26 or E27 bulb, which is included.

01 Pleated Fabric Shade Textured detailing for softer, more atmospheric illumination.

02 155 cm Height An elegant floor-standing silhouette with architectural presence.

03 Four Frame Finishes Available in Black, Beige, Green and Gold.

04 Bulb Included Single-bulb design with an E26 or E27 light source.

Design & Material

A considered balance of texture, shape and proportion

The character of pleated fabric

The fabric lampshade introduces a distinctly tactile element to Crescini's composition. Its repeated pleats create a rhythm of light and shadow across the surface, adding visual interest even when the lamp is switched off. When illuminated, the shade moderates the appearance of the bulb and contributes to a softer, more comfortable atmosphere.

A refined iron silhouette

The iron structure provides a contrasting sense of definition against the softness of the fabric. Its slender profile and gently curved geometry give the lamp a decorative, sculptural quality without excessive visual weight. The combination lends itself to interiors that balance contemporary furnishings with more traditional textural details.

Dimensions

Tall proportions with a considered footprint

Crescini measures 155 cm (61″) in height, with a listed width of 40 cm (15.7″) and an additional diameter measurement of 28 cm (11″). Its proportions make it suitable for positioning alongside seating arrangements or within an open corner, where the pleated shade and curved structure can be appreciated.

Finish Options

Four finishes to complement different interior palettes

Crescini is available in four frame finishes, allowing the relationship between its iron structure and white fabric shade to be adapted to different decorating styles. Each finish creates a distinct visual character while retaining the same pleated-shade design.

Finish 01 Black

A defined, graphic appearance that establishes contrast against the white fabric shade. Well suited to contemporary interiors with dark accents.

Finish 02 Beige

A softer tonal expression that works comfortably alongside neutral upholstery, pale timber and warm, understated interior palettes.

Finish 03 Green

Introduces a considered element of colour, particularly effective among natural materials, timber furniture and botanical accents.

Finish 04 Gold

Provides a warmer decorative emphasis, offering contrast against the shade and complementing interiors with gold-toned detailing.

Lighting Character

Soft illumination with decorative depth

The pleated fabric shade plays an important role in Crescini's lighting character. Rather than presenting an exposed light source, its fabric surface helps soften the appearance of illumination, contributing to a more relaxed visual environment. The pleats introduce subtle variation across the shade, allowing the lamp to function as both a decorative object and a source of ambient light.

The single-bulb configuration offers a straightforward lighting arrangement, with an included E26 or E27 bulb. The lamp is also compatible with dimmer switches, allowing dimming to be incorporated where the bulb and control arrangement are suitable. Its light is especially effective as a secondary layer alongside ceiling lighting, wall lights or other decorative fixtures.

Placement

An expressive lighting detail for considered interiors

With its 155 cm height, curved structure and softly textured shade, Crescini can be positioned where a floor-standing light is needed without introducing additional furniture. Its decorative form makes it particularly suited to spaces that benefit from layered lighting and subtle material contrast.

Living Rooms Position beside a sofa or lounge chair to introduce a softer secondary light source and a sculptural element to the seating arrangement.

Reading Corners Use alongside an occasional chair to provide additional illumination while bringing texture and definition to a quiet corner.

Bedrooms Place near an armchair or in an open bedroom corner to add gentle ambient lighting without occupying bedside table space.

Setup & Power

Convenient plug-in floor lighting

Crescini is a plug-in floor lamp supplied with a power cord measuring approximately 150 cm (59″). Its freestanding configuration allows it to be positioned near a suitable power outlet without requiring a hardwired electrical connection.

Assembly required. Assemble the lamp and fit the pleated fabric shade according to the supplied assembly instructions before connecting it to power.

Position the lamp on a stable, level surface and keep the power cord clear of walkways and areas where it may be pulled or damaged.

Care

Maintaining the finish and fabric shade

Switch off and unplug the lamp before cleaning. Remove surface dust from the pleated fabric shade gently using a soft, dry cloth, taking care to preserve the shape of the folds. The iron structure may be wiped with a soft, lightly dampened cloth and dried afterwards.

Avoid abrasive cleaning pads, harsh chemicals and household cleaning agents that may damage the finish or fabric. Do not immerse the lamp or its electrical components in water.
