Installation
Hardwired wall installation
The Horsehair Wall Lamp is designed for hardwired wall mounting and operates through an external wall switch, which is not included. It is intended for indoor use in dry locations and is not suitable for bathrooms or damp environments.
Professional installation recommended. Electrical installation should be completed by a suitably qualified electrician and in accordance with applicable local electrical requirements.
Take care when handling the decorative faux horsehair during installation to preserve its flowing arrangement and avoid unnecessary pulling or compression.
Care
Preserving the form and finish
Switch off the power and allow the fitting to cool before cleaning. Gently remove dust from the iron body and acrylic shade using a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, harsh chemical cleaners and excessive moisture.
The faux horsehair detailing should be handled gently to maintain its natural-looking flow. If the strands become untidy, carefully smooth or lightly comb them into position. Do not trim the strands with scissors or disassemble the fixture.
