An ornamental pillar lantern with layered architectural presence
This outdoor pillar light combines a traditional lantern silhouette with detailed metalwork and frosted glass, creating a more decorative approach to exterior post lighting. The aluminium body is shaped through a series of stepped edges, framed panels and a domed upper profile, giving the fixture a substantial architectural presence when positioned on gates, pillars and entrance posts.
Three sizes allow the lantern to be scaled to different exterior structures, beginning at 7.1″ wide × 15″ high (18 × 38.1 cm) and extending to 9.1″ wide × 22.8″ high (23.1 × 57.9 cm). An E27 socket provides compatibility with an E27 light source, while the frosted glass shade helps soften the appearance of the illumination within the decorative frame.

Layered architectural detailing
The fixture is defined by a tall, symmetrical silhouette with a stepped base, framed lantern body and domed upper section. Decorative crosswork across the glass panels introduces additional depth, while the finial above the roofline completes the traditional pillar-lantern composition.
Metal and frosted glass contrast
The aluminium framework provides visual weight around the perimeter of the fixture, while frosted glass creates a softer internal surface. This contrast keeps the lantern visually detailed when switched off and gives the illuminated panels a more diffused appearance after dark.

Lighting Character
Diffused light behind decorative glasswork
Frosted glass surrounds the E27 light source, reducing the direct visual exposure of the bulb while creating an illuminated surface within the aluminium framework. The decorative crosswork remains clearly defined against the brighter glass when the fixture is switched on.
