Natural Stone Lighting
A sculptural composition of illuminated alabaster
Defined by its generous circular proportions and the organic beauty of natural stone, the Natural Alabaster Drum Chandelier brings architectural presence to considered interiors. Individually mounted alabaster panels form a continuous drum silhouette around a gold-finished metal framework, creating a striking relationship between precise geometry and naturally occurring mineral patterns. Subtle gold-finished fixings add definition to each panel, lending a refined, rhythmic quality to the overall composition.
Measuring 80 cm in diameter with a 25 cm-high fixture body, the chandelier establishes a substantial focal point without an excessively deep profile. Its 27 included E26 light sources illuminate the alabaster perimeter, revealing delicate variations of ivory, cream and amber while providing additional downward light through the open underside. Configurable suspension rods allow the hanging height to be arranged during installation, making the design particularly compelling above dining tables, in spacious living areas and within architectural entrance halls.

Design & Material
Natural variation within a precisely composed form
The individual character of alabaster
Each natural alabaster panel contains its own arrangement of mineral veining, tonal movement and translucent detailing. These variations become particularly expressive when illuminated, as light passes through different areas of the stone at varying intensities. The resulting surface feels richly layered and organic, with no two panels displaying precisely the same markings. Even when unlit, the natural patterns provide depth and visual interest.
A disciplined circular silhouette
Repeating rectangular panels form a continuous architectural ring, balancing the irregular beauty of the alabaster with the clarity of a geometric drum. Gold-finished metal elements provide a measured contrast against the pale stone, while small square mounting details introduce a consistent visual rhythm. The broad, relatively shallow form creates a strong horizontal statement, particularly effective when viewed across an open-plan interior.

Lighting Options
Choose the atmosphere that suits your interior
The chandelier is supplied with 27 light sources, with a choice between Warm Light and Neutral Light. Each option creates a different visual relationship with the translucent alabaster panels and their naturally varied mineral patterns.
Lighting Selection 01 Warm Light
Creates an inviting, softly golden atmosphere that complements the alabaster's cream and amber tones. Particularly appealing for dining spaces, living areas and interiors with warm material palettes.
Lighting Selection 02 Neutral Light
Provides a more balanced light appearance, bringing clarity to the alabaster's natural colour variations and architectural detailing. Well suited to contemporary spaces where a more neutral lighting character is preferred.
Lighting Character
Layered illumination through natural stone
The chandelier's 27 light sources are arranged around an internal circular framework, distributing illumination across the surrounding alabaster panels. As light travels through the stone, differences in thickness, mineral veining and natural translucency create subtle changes in brightness and colour. The result is a richly textured illuminated surface rather than the uniform appearance of a conventional glass shade.
The open underside allows additional light to extend downwards, complementing the softer glow visible through the surrounding stone. This combination gives the chandelier both decorative depth and a practical lighting presence above dining tables and central furniture arrangements. From below, the internal geometry offers a further perspective on the fixture's construction.
Placement
An architectural centrepiece for considered spaces
With its 80 cm diameter and strong horizontal composition, the chandelier is particularly suited to interiors where the lighting can be appreciated as part of the wider architectural arrangement. Its natural stone texture pairs beautifully with timber, plaster, stone surfaces and restrained metallic detailing.
Dining Rooms Position above a substantial round or rectangular dining table to establish a clear visual centre. The illuminated alabaster creates an inviting focal point for dining and entertaining.
Living Areas Use above a central seating arrangement to introduce natural texture and an architectural lighting feature. The broad circular form complements generously proportioned interiors.
Entrance Halls & Foyers Create a memorable focal point in an entrance or foyer, where the alabaster's individual stone patterns and gold-finished detailing can be appreciated from multiple viewpoints.
Installation
Configurable suspension with ceiling-mounted installation
The chandelier is designed for hardwired ceiling installation and requires assembly. Its metal rod suspension includes one 15 cm section, two 20 cm sections and three 30 cm sections, providing flexibility when configuring the hanging height. The fixture is suitable for flat, sloped and vaulted ceiling arrangements.
The fixture weighs approximately 18.5 kg, making appropriate ceiling support and secure mounting important considerations during installation. The final suspension arrangement should be determined with reference to the ceiling configuration, available clearance and intended placement.
Professional installation recommended. Electrical installation should be completed by a suitably qualified electrician and in accordance with applicable local electrical requirements.
Care & Material Character
Preserving the beauty of natural alabaster
Alabaster is a natural stone, and variations in veining, colour distribution, mineral markings and translucency are inherent characteristics of the material. Each panel has its own individual appearance, meaning subtle differences between panels and from product photography are to be expected. These variations give every chandelier its distinctive natural character.
For routine care, switch off the power and allow the fixture to cool before cleaning. Gently remove surface dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemical cleaners that may affect the appearance of the stone or metal finish.
